Built by someone who understands legal operations
Mohamad spent 6 years inside three of Canada's largest law firms — Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG), Cassels, and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg — working on operations and technology before founding Thynk Innovation.
That experience defined what the company would build. Inside those firms he watched the same patterns repeat: talented lawyers spending hours each week on intake forms, conflict checks, billing reminders, and document chasing — work technology should handle in minutes. The off-the-shelf tools didn't fit the way regulated practice actually works, and the partners didn't have time to figure out custom builds themselves.
Thynk Innovation exists to close that gap. We work with law firms because the regulatory environment, professional conduct rules, and operational patterns of legal practice are too specific for generic business software to serve well. Today the firm works with practices across Canada and the US — building the operational backbone that lets lawyers spend their time on client work, not admin.
